COVID-19 Update:

CIA Remains Ready to Serve

At CIA our purpose is to help keep our customers, their facilities and their employees safe. During this time of uncertainty due to COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions to ensure we continue to deliver on our customer promise, while also keeping the health of our employees, customers and the communities we serve front and centre.

As we continue to actively and effectively manage our business in response to COVID-19, we do so with three key objectives in mind:

1.      Keeping our employees and their families safe.

2.      Ensuring our business is fully operational to serve customers.

3.      Doing our part as a corporate citizen to contain the spread of the virus.

To promote a healthy work environment and do our part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, CIA has instituted regional travel restrictions. We are continuing to emphasise WHO and CDC guidelines for personal prevention techniques and travel guidance and encouraging employees to hold group meetings virtually. We continue to monitor this situation closely and are committed to ensuring our core operations and business remain fully operational and ready to serve you. We are asking all employees who can work from home to do so, and we are putting additional processes in place to practice social distancing when working from home isn’t an option. 

We have implemented significant contingencies in order to continue operating efficiently whist keeping our staff safe, including a flexible home working policy which enables both office staff and technicians to be home-based, with the ability to be dispatched by remote teams. If at any time more restrictive working conditions come into effect from the Government which require us to close any of our offices, you can rest assured that we have invested in all the necessary equipment and technology to enable us to operate remotely.
