Terminating Your Contract With Us

This page explains how to terminate your contract with CIA.

Whether you’re moving house – or for any other reason – no longer require an alarm system, this page explains what you need to do.

How To Terminate Your Contract

We require three months notice in writing in order to terminate your agreement with us.

If you vacate the property before the end of the contractual period or the end of the three month notice period, we reserve the right to seek settlement for the remaining term.

Upon receipt of your written notice, our Accounts Retention Team will contact you to confirm your cancellation and discuss your future security requirements, and any quotations will attract preferential rates.  Don’t forget that CIA covers a wide geographical area throughout the South.
