Paperless billing proves very popular with customers

Did you know paperless billing has been available to CIA’s customers since April 2010?

Like everyone else these days, we’re always looking for ways to help our customers.  Paperless billing is so much more convenient, it’s good for the environment and, as you would expect from CIA, it’s very secure so why not give it a try?

If you haven’t subscribed yet, you can go to the paperless billing sign-up page and join the growing number of customers who are enjoying this service.  We’ll also be sending you a subscription form with your next invoice, if you’d rather do it that way.

We’re always keen to know what you think so do let us know, and if you’ve got any suggestions for how we can make other economies which will benefit everyone we’d be delighted to hear from you.
