Security Excellence Award’s Best Customer Care Initiative
Well, what an exciting evening; dressing up and heading to the Park Lane Hilton isn’t something you do often. Especially with the knowledge that we were ‘finalists’ for this prestigious award – Best Customer Care Initiative 2012.
As the compere began reading out each category, finalists and winners, the tension mounted – our category was being read out and I realised how well we had done to come this far – we had impressed a very respected, experienced panel of judges within the industry and for a family run business our size to be a finalist was amazing.
The moment had come to hear the winner, and on the screen in front of 1000 people was the CIA logo and the compere giving us the accolade of ‘Highly Commended’ – I was very proud and felt that we had won – almost.
The worthy winners managed a taxi-marshalling project in Preston which has led to a reduction in violence – congratulations to them. So in actual fact, although in second place, that made us the Security Excellence Award’s Best Customer Care Initiative of any security installer in the UK!
The Highly Commended award is a great morale boost to all at CIA and we will continue with our Customer Care Initiative and hopefully go from strength to strength to ensure we give our customers an excellent service.
