So long Chris Swindells We’ll miss you!
After a very successful ten year stint as one of our system designers, Chris officially retired from his role on 17th October 2012. We take this opportunity to wish Chris well and thank him for the years of sharp wit and hilarious banter that he brought to the workplace; you’ll be sorely missed by all at Christie Intruder Alarms!
With an illustrious sales background behind him, Chris joined us on the 1st March 2002. His first role was to spearhead a marketing campaign for an innovative wireless alarm system that we were about to launch, his talent, flair and obvious desire to succeed encouraged us to soon expand his role to include the full range of intruder alarm products and he soon became a true ambassador for the company.
Chris’ style and enthusiasm was a credit to him, and at times a source of inspiration to the other members of the team, we all now wait with bated breath for the publication of the book that he has been writing (all his life) to give us an insight into a man who, in the prime of his life, was at the top of his game.
We will especially remember him for the song he wrote to play on his guitar on his last day, in which he sung about every single employee individually, most of us were bowled over at how well you performed!
Best of luck Chris, and let us know when you finish that book!!!
