With our reputation at stake everything we do is of the utmost importance, nothing more so than the equipment we install.  CIA’s technical director has over 30 of experience in the industry, and is constantly searching out new equipment before testing it in his lab. Only once it’s passed extensive testing and all of the relevant teams have been trained (design, install and of course service) do we add another product to our approved product list.
