Switch to paperless billing – a greener alternative
If you haven’t subscribed to paperless billing, then every year we print your invoice using paper, ink and energy and send it to you by post, using petrol. It may cost us only a few pennies but it is costing the environment much more by wasting valuable resources that could be used in more productive ways.
Paperless billing is fast, secure, convenient and green. Above all, it’s simple. Your invoice is sent to you as an e-mail. There’s no need for you to print it out unless you want to; and if you have internet banking you have the option to pay online through your bank, or you can pay through our secure online payment system using a debit or credit card (here).
To switch to paperless billing, we will need your (digital) signature and a few details. If you want to help us help the environment, please complete and sign this form and send it back to us, and we’ll make the change.
NB: Customers with multiple sites – it is assumed that if you wish to switch to paperless billing on one site, you will require it for all sites and all systems that we currently maintain. If this is incorrect or you require further details, please contact us and we will be pleased to discuss your requirements.
