The other day I was wondering what makes our company special and this got me thinking.  It may sound like a cliche, but I really do think it’s because CIA does things differently.  We don’t do things just because that’s what everyone else is doing or to make a quick buck.  We do it because we’re confident we know what you do and don’t want!

You don’t want to pay for something that ultimately isn’t yours so we sell you the systems outright.  We believe you want to own the equipment so that you can decide whether or not to renew your maintenance agreement without the prospect of us repossessing at very least the external sounder or sometimes even the entire system.

You don’t want to pay over the odds so we cap your maintenance costs below, or in line with, inflation.  We believe that you want fair prices.

You don’t want a system that keeps false alarming so we only use the best quality equipment which is tested rigorously in our R&D lab.  We believe that you want reliability.

You don’t want your time wasted having unskilled engineers visiting you time and again to fix the same problem so we have a comprehensive training and engineer grading system (read more).  We believe you want your systems installed and maintained by experts.
